The best bagel that I have ever had in FL since leaving NY 10 years ago. Perfect= sesame, plain cream cheese and a bottle of OJ. I wish they had the fresh OJ like in the Jupiter store. Can't wait to try an egg cream next time! It's been 10 years as well! Kissimmee/Four Corners area needs it's own store! It would rock! That area is failing in the good bagel department!

These are the best bagels in the Florida and the whole southwest ! I saw this place when I was walking home from publix one morning and I'd figured I'd give it a shot I had bacon egg and cheese on a poppy bagel and it was amazing :-)! And also I highly recommend an egg cream but that's only if you want to go full Brooklyn style ;)

I absolutely love this place! Excellent bagels, egg sandwiches and coffee!!! The specially maintained pH water is really good!!!

I was expecting something really great based on the reviews and was sorely disappointed. The bagels were average. I know a lot of people raved about the coffee but I don't drink coffee so was really looking for a great bagel but didn't get one. Tasted about the same as Einsteins.

I had been curious about this place for a while so i sopped in for lunch on a Friday. Its pretty small inside, only 3 tables but has a decent sized patio. When you walk in it smells like they are doing something right. I had the Monte Cristo melt on asiago. The bagel was really good, maybe the best asiago I've ever had. Hot melty and tasty. My only negative was that my bagel melt with chips and a regular drink came to $11 and change which is way too much for lunch. I'm not upset at the price because it was delicious. But would I pay 11 bucks for it in the future? Probably not. To be fair the prices for breakfast looked pretty reasonable. I would go back for breakfast.

Best bagels in town! The ice coffee ice cubes are a great idea, I hate when my coffee gets watery. Can't wait to come back and try a breakfast sandwich.

Delish! Tried it for lunch today (I've been meaning to go for a while). I mentioned it was my first time and that I needed a minute to review the menu and the girls behind the counter were great- they sprang right into action explaining about their menu items. I had a scooped melt (less bread- all the yummy bagel sandwich flavor and texture- perfect for folks like me who try to "save" on carbs where I can) . I had the protein melt (chicken, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and swiss) on Multigrain- YUM. Great little lunch spot- can't wait to go again and try something new.

Go Russian with your bagels! So amazing.

Wish I found out about this place sooner! Everything was delicious and I'll probably go back for coffee at least once a week now RIP bank account

Having grown up in NY, I'll be the first to say: These bagels aren't 100% dead on, but they're damn near. 98%, perhaps. Regardless, they're the best bagel's you'll find around here. When you walk in, the aroma of freshly made bagel's just punches you directly in the face. On top of that, you can actually watch an employee making the bagels by hand (through a glass Window). It's so cool! I always stand there and watch for a few minutes. The prices are reasonable, the staff is very friendly, the service is good, and they don't skimp on the lox! Lots of variety and even pretty great coffee. I'm lucky to live nearby.

  • Emma S.

They have some of the best bagels in town! Their staff is super friendly and their service is fairly quick! If you're a student you get 10% off! Their prices are a little high for beverages such as orange juice.. its like 3.00$ a small bottle!! I recommend a toasted salt bagel with cream cheese. They have a really awesome old fashioned pump bar for coffee, with different creams and syrups for soda! I go here at least once a week, by far best bagels in town.

Multiple NY Family Members, myself included all agree this place is the BOMB! I usually get a dozen or half dozen bagels and they are either fresh or fresh and awesomely delicious. Friendly service and it always brings back memories of NY Bagels when I first open the door to this place and smell the aroma of the bagel. I keep coming back!

  • Michael R.

First review of the new year. Loved the smell of freshly baked bagels when you first step inside. 15 or so choices of bagel Flavors, and half dozen toppings. The breakfast sandwiches and lunch options look great. Love the different flavorings you can add to your coffee and also syrup to make a cherry Coke. My Salt Bagel was great, outside crunchy and soft inside. Will come back for lunch at some point.

Best bagel place in orlando. Everything is always very fresh and the employees are always extremely friendly and helpful! We're here at least once a week!

  • Stanley S.

Not too bad. Coming from the New York Metro area where there are a zillion good bagel shops it has been difficult to find a decent bagel. I have to call these decent. Good size bagel and filling. A little doughy but not in a bad way. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here but if I am in the area it is worth the stop (better than those pretenders E^&stein Bagels) A little difficult to find as they are located in a corner of a large strip mall and you would pass by if you weren't looking for it. .

    (3)
  • Danielle D.

Love a good bagel spot and theres not many in the area. Everything I've tried I've loved. The lox spread, tuna melt, chicken salad sandwich, it's all been amazing! Definitely recommend stopping by. Not too much seating but I've never had a problem.

  • Brian W.

This place without a doubt has the best authentic Bagels in town. The firm outside and the chewy inside perfectly executed. They have all the classic types, black and white cookies and muffins. They have real cream cheese and make great sandwiches. To top it off they have Egg Creams a true north east treat.

    (5)
  • Annette E.

This place gets packed on weekends, but with good reason. Their bagels are really good and the sandwiches are made fresh to order and delivered to your table. Also all coffee drinks have free refills (including iced coffee), and it's prepared with coffee cubes so as not to dilute the drink. So far I've had the Manhattan, a rye bagel, plain bagel, and their strawberry muffin (which has cream cheese inside). All items have been great.

For anyone who is from the northeast part of the US, looking for a delicious bagel, Brooklyn Water Bagel Co is the place to go. Now that Florida is full of northeasterners that have stormed the state, we are starting to see a few places that serve up 'New York Style' anything and everything. There is a reason for that marketing and it is because people from the northeast have certain expectations for anything that is made out of dough, especially bagels. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and it brought me back to the days of being a kid, eating bagels up north. The place was a zoo, but they still have very speedy and friendly service. I also tried a turkey and swiss on rye bagel sandwich. Both items were top notch and this is a must go if you are on the hunt for a good bagel and in the East Orlando area.

  • Sarah Caroline B.

Nova lox bagel on poppy and iced coffee cubsta were both excellent. Outside seating was shady and plentiful and the place was popping at 9am on a Sunday morning. I'll definitely be stopping by and getting some iced coffee now I have their little rewards card!

    (5)
  • Melody W.

My fiance and I love coming here on the weekends. The food is always good and we can watch them make the bagels while we wait for our food. I definitely recommend this place if you want a good traditional bagel and/or sandwich.

    (4)
  • Hopper C.

I'm very happy. Came due to the yelp reviews. Try anything + you'll be happy. The bagels are all that. Servers are super nice!!! I like the fact you can put different Flavors into your coffee + cubstas (the seltzer, chocolate egg cream, + milk concoction,) allowing you to experiment + tweak your drink to your fancy.

    (5)
  • Steve D.

I'm Happy! Lucky discovery on Yelp. Great bagels. Pretty neat set up for this little place...you walk in and can't help notice the stainless steel filtration tanks in the glass enclosed room to the left...what in the world?! Ah, so this is what they mean when they say "it's the water"! Have a terrific bagel, grab a cup of coffee, relax (seating area a little sparse, not big). What's not to like?

    (4)
  • Amanda M.

First time here, when you walk in it has very limited seating however there is a cute shaded out door area. The food was delicious, I order a bacon and egg sandwich on a sesame seed bagel. The bagel tasted fresh and you could taste the smokeyness of the bacon. I would come back to this place. I didn't give them a five star because they messed up on my order.

  • Bill K.

I just made my second visit to The Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Co. and I confirmed that the bagels were every bit as good as I thought they were after my first visit. Easily the best bagel in Florida. Having Fox's U-Bet syrup available for Egg Creams only adds to the luster of the place. I was pleased to see how busy it was as I want see it succeed and prosper in Winter Park.

  • Luca C.

Another New Yorker here, not as thrilled as the rest though. Granted I had a great NY mom n pop place when I lived in Palm Beach County. I've been here 4 times in the past week and have gotten food when they're busy and when they're slow. The black and white cookies are good and authentic, and the coffee doesn't give my partner or I stomach cramps like some places in Orlando do, but that's about where the good ends. Food-wise, at least, because the staff (excluding the manager) are really nice and they play great oldies. The bagels themselves are over-done in the oven, today I literally cut the inside of my mouth on an untoasted bagel. Maybe it's to have them done faster, but I would not recommended getting anything toasted because by that time if will be even stiffer (trust me, I've tried, twice). They're also pretty over-priced as bagels go for what you're getting. For over $7 a lox ("nova salmon") bagel should not be majority a tomato and onion sandwich, with a glop of cream cheese that does not cover the bagel. Never getting that again, the tomato wasn't very good either so on the whole it was an unpleasant breakfast that left me tasting onion rather than tasty lox. In my experience, when you pay that much for a lox bagel you get close to an inch of lox and almost and equal amount of cream cheese. My partner's bagel this morning was great, the second time around. She got an asiago bagel out of the oven, with scallion cream cheese. While it was also crispy, she really enjoyed it. As a rule I would only recommend getting basic bagels, their specialty sandwiches etc are going to disappoint and make you feel like you should have gone to dunkin'. Their bacon egg and cheese bagels (my favorite since I was a kid) are pretty nasty, with bacon bits in what must be a block of steamed egg that is -very- moist. I'd come here for a basic bagel and coffee, but thats about it, you're not going to be blown away and will pay more than what it's worth for the water hub-bub.

Ok, I have no comparison when it comes to these bagels being like NYC bagels. But they were pretty good! We were in the area and decided to check this place out after reading the positive reviews. And my curiousity got the best of me when they state that they use real Brooklyn water to make their bagels! It's located in an unassuming shopping center off Goldenrod. Smack dab in a corner next to an pizza /Italian restaurant. The dining area is rather small and narrow with a few tables and window seats. You walk in , place your order and are given one of those number holders so that your meal is brought out to you. Same concept as Pei Wei. All items (breakfast and lunch) are served all day. We decided to eat outside. They share a nice sized patio with the restaurant next door. I ended up getting a chicken salad on a toasted multigrain bagel. It was actually very good. They even cut it in half so it was easier to eat. The bagel had a certain "bite" to it which differed considerably from Einsteins. The chicken salad is obviously homemade. Huge chunks of chicken ! I loved it. My husband got some sort if egg sandwich. He didn't seem to be too crazy about it but he did eat all of it. :) Not sure if I would drive out of my way to eat here but would definitely consider it if I was in the area.

  • Natalie D.

Excellent bagels and coffee. They have different syrup flavors for the coffee. I love that there is a window into where the bagels are made so you can see the whole process!

so so good! would definitely go back :)

  • Martha L.

Amazing, but messy, chicken salad. Their breakfast sandwiches can use a bit of work however. Last time I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. The bacon was all diced up and mixed into the fake egg mixture and there were 2 or 3 random sausage pieces (which I don't eat) mixed in it. The bagels are delish and right on point!

    (3)
  • J A.

Oh my goodness! Bagels are perfect-crisp outside and chewy inside. Had The Manhattan with a side of the small round salty things that are not on the menu (wink wink.) Love, love, love the Cubsta and the coffee station. Tiffany the manager and her staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. Great food and experience! Thanks!

  • Sylvia P.

So great! They have the best tasting bagels I've ever had! If you have never been here you are missing out and need to get over there asap to try them! When I first heard he name I wasn't sure what to expect, but I work right next door so I tried it and they were awesome!

  • Andrew H.

4.5 Mmm.. If bagels were a sport, this place would get a gold. This is the best bagel I've ever had in Florida. I brought a New Yorker along with me, who was filled with nostalgic bliss upon smelling the bagels and seeing the egg creams and black and white cookies. The bagels are wonderful, particularly the everything, but the egg sandwiches aren't anything special. My tip? Go for a dozen and make people happy at work/church/school. They won't be disappointed, and trust me, neither will you.

I heard about this place two years ago and was sad to find out it was only in south florida. Well to our happiness we found out there's on right here in winter park. So we checked it out, we liked it so much we went two days in a row. If they had a drive through is probably be there during my morning commute as well just to get the coffee...dunkin who? The iced cubes are made of coffee...wha!!! By far the freshest tastiest bagels in Florida(I'm originally from NY) the coffee and iced coffee is the best I may have ever had in my 33 years on earth! I hope more people find out about them and try it out bc i'd like to see them stay in business bc there aren't many places like them in Florida. Also free refills on coffee, iced coffee and drinks!

    (5)
  • Cera H.

Went here for a quick bite this morning. The Cubsta iced coffee was amazing! Ice cubes made of coffee? Genius for when they melt! They even serve egg cream! Great egg sandwich as well.

    (5)
  • Michelle C.

Ok believe the hype! If you are from Brooklyn or any part of NYC you will get it. Bagels are awesome and coffee ice cubes - sooo smart. Making an eggcream is fun and brings back memories. They use all U-bet syrups, so it's legit Worth the trip to sit and enjoy or grab your dozen bagels on a Sunday and enjoy at home

  • Chrissy N.

I reviewed this 9 months ago and loved it... but what the hell has happened in the past few months? Your bagels have turned to c r a p. They flatten when you eat them, they're hard and sharp on the outside and have wayyyy too many air holes inside. I appreciate the hours now but I stopped getting food here and just order the coffee. Whatever you changed, unchange it and go back to what worked.

  • Sarah W.

This place literally has the best bagels in town! Their bagels are a really nice size and it's so warm and tasty! Their ice coffee is also superb. I really recommend coming here for a nice breakfast or brunch with a friend.

  • Angelina C.

Bagels are incredible. It can get busy and you might have to wait but it's worth it! Bagels are soft on the inside and just right amount of crunch on the outside.

    (5)
  • Elisa M.

We love this place. The bagels are fresh, moist, and simply delicious. Great customer service, good prices, and great food. You can have a plain bagel with cream cheese or venture out and try their sandwiches. Can't go wrong.

    (5)
  • Enrique P.

The bangles were great I've tried several of their sandwiches also. Coffee is also great with a variety of flavors to choose from. Great little place to get a bite

  • Christine R.

The best coffee in Orlando. I love that the iced coffee has coffee cubes, so your drink doesn't get watered down. Also, the prices are not bad at all. I have been coming here since the location in Lake Mary opened and I will continue. Please open a location in Altamonte SOON!!

    (5)
  • Andrea U.

Holy crap! Being from New York...I can attest....the bagels are just different in New York. They just are. But, after they opened this location in Winter Park (about .5 miles from my job) I was excited yet hesitant to go check it out. I am a believer. While they are definitely not New York bagels... they are delicious and beat out the other local bagel chains. Also...they make their iced coffee with coffee ice cubes. Anyone who does that automatically wins in my book. Try the Larry King Combo (24oz of delicious iced coffee and a bagel) for under $5. You'll be satisfied!

    (5)
  • Mario C.

Awesome establishment very friendly staff w/ beautiful relaxing shaded outdoor seating . These bagels are the real deal!!! I had a breakfast bacon, egg and cheese on a everything w/ ketchup, salt and Peppa just like I had back in da day on Queens Blvd. They've thought about everything from sandwiches to healthy choices. They even have a window of there bagel making machines for you to see what it takes to make this awesome authentic NY delicacy. If you love NY bagels you definitely need to try these place. I will be here at least every weekend.

  • Samantha Z.

Absolutely delicious! I have not found a good bagel place in the area and I'm so happy I found Brooklyn Bagels. My family is from New York and I've been dying for bagels that are similar and these are it!! Not bad prices either.

    (5)
  • Annie L.

It's the closest thing I can get to New York bagels! I'm never disappointed and I would totally recommend the asiago bagel. Also the black and white muffin is to die for! Oh wait and the coffee is always amazing and easy to customize

excellent Water Bagels just like mom use to make!

  • Patti M.

When I bit into my bagel I realized I had not tasted a real bagel in the year since I left Brooklyn. OH YUM! BWB gets it right......a nice toasted bagel with a bit of crunch on the outside and a tad chewy on the inside. I got mine with egg and provolone and the egg was sizable and freshly scrambled (just like my old bagel haunt in Brooklyn). My nephew got the reuben bagel and since he is not much for words I have no comments to add. All I can tell you is that he devoured the entire thing and when I asked him how it was he grunted his approval. I also recommend the egg cream if you want to go true Brooklyn. There is no egg or cream but there is U-bet egg cream chocolate syrup (a Brooklyn made syrup and the only one for an egg cream done right) with milk and seltzer. If you don't know how to make it they will show you. I also recommend the "Cubsta" (that's cubster with a Brooklyn accent) which is iced coffee with frozen coffee cubes in yummy flavors. The staff here are exceptionally nice and accommodating which isn't exactly Brooklyn (just kidding). I enjoyed this place so much I went out of my way the next day to pick up another egg and cheese bagel on my way into work.

I love that I can special order my own favorites that may not be on the regular menu. The salt bagels I ordered were great!

  • King L.

Best bagel I have had outside of NY and only bagel within 150 miles of Orlando worth eating. Sorry, whatever Einsteins and Bagel King serve don't remotely resemble real NY bagels. The black and white cookies, the egg creams, it's all there. Awful location, but since they are the only game in town I'll be there weekly. Only negative, they don't serve salt bagels. If they opened a bagel shop in NY and didn't serve salt bagels the local populace would picket and the establishment would be fined. If you have always wondered what the big deal was about NY bagels, now is your chance, so run don't walk to Brooklyn Water Bagels. Note* reduced one star after return visit. They are getting really lax on the making of the bagels; bagels have suddenly gotten smaller and uneven, one side will be big and fluffy and the other side will be really skinny. Also the hole keeps growing. NY Bagels DO NOT have a hole, they are so big and fluffy that it comes together in the middle. This is all about mismanagement; defictive bagels like this should be tossed and not sold. New Yorkers know better. Also, $7.99 for a bagel with nova lox is fine if you are going to give more than one layer of lox. In NY you get 3 or 4 layers of lox. Don't charge high prices and give no product.. Still best bagel in down due to no competition but I will no longer travel to seek it out until they fix the glitches.

    (4)
  • Katrina T.

Awesome! My fave is the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a whole wheat everything bagel toasted. Also the monster black and white cookie is huge and delicious. It really needs to be shared.

    (5)
  • Chris A.

This place is so good, best bagel in town. They turnout some tasty omelets as well for a quick serve joint. Love the coffee/soda fountain as well. Iced coffee with coffee infused ice cubes...that's the way to go! Black and white cookies big and delicious.

    (5)
  • Jeff P.

This is a weekend tradition for me. I have gotten almost every style of bagel, sandwich, wrap and muffin on the menu and loved all of it. One of their more recent items are the Bagel Tasters, which are essentially bagel holes much like donut holes. The Bagel Tasters give you a sampling of the different kinds of bagels that you can eat. One of my regular meals is the Stud Muffin and a 32 oz Cubsta Coffee. The best part about the iced coffee is that the ice is made from frozen coffee! If you like a bit of chemistry in your beverage, try the U-Bet Chocolate Egg Cream. It's a wonderful mix of chocolate syrup, milk and seltzer. Once you have experimented with the levels of each, you will realize that milk and seltzer go together like peanut butter and jelly.

  • Yarmmys V.

Husband had the egg ham and sausage bagel sandwich and he enjoyed it. I had the Williamsburg which is with lox, it missed the caper taste that usually comes with it but it was still good quality and the bagel was very good. Bagel was chewy and they seem to have a good variety.

    (4)
  • Bob H.

I would give six stars if I could . The bagels are wonderful and the eggs are better. The coffee is good; I have had better but the Cubsta is inspired iced coffee.

    (5)
  • Courtney L.

I get a different kind of bagel every time I come here and I haven't had one I haven't loves yet! This place is awesome!

  • Alyx K.

Never would have known about this place if not for Yelp but it's been on my "gotta try that when I'm on that side of town" list due to so many friends' positive reviews (and my fondness for NY bagels). It's legit. You'll find it tucked away in a corner of a nondescript shopping center. When you first walk in you can see the filtration system - they call it the "Brooklyn Water Works" - that processes Orlando water to a state that resembles Brooklyn water. It does make a difference in the dough! My everything bagel was grand, and hubby's signature Staten Island sandwich was tasty and prepared quickly. Decent coffee as well. Great place to grab something to go or dine in- there's just a few tables and a bar inside but there's a big outdoor courtyard, nice surprise!

  • Chris E.

By far, the best bagel outside of the Metropolitan NY area. Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks? No way. This place is the real deal. It is our Sunday morning tradition. The staff is attentive and pleasant.

    (5)
  • Kenneth B.

Interesting concept of special water filtering to make authentic New York style bagels...definitely freshly made at the store, with a tray of bagels being prepped behind the window as I walked in. Ordered the "flagel" (flat bagel) version of the ham & egg breakfast sandwich - great chewy bagel and plentiful fillings. Hot dark roasted coffee topped things off. Tiny amount of indoor seating but plenty available on the patio. Only drawback was either the American cheese or Velveeta that turned liquid in the sandwich heat. Next time just hold the cheese...

  • Ed N.

I gave it a 5 star not just for the food but the special service I revived. I ordered 9 assorted bagel sandwiches for a rush order and asked them to be cut and wrapped in halves. It was a pain order but they did it with a smile. As for the sandwiches I did not get to taste all of them but the Manhattan and chicken salad was fantastic. The bagels are the best I have had in FL, and taste just like a NYC bagel. The only pain is that you can not leave a tip on your credit card. This was a business lunch and I wanted to charge the tip on a corporate card.

  • Johanna M.

As far as bagel sandwiches go, this place is up there. I walked in one afternoon to get a breakfast bagel because breakfast is good any time of the day! I like the spot. It's clean and the staff is really friendly. They made recommendations for the sandwiches, so I ended up ordering their sandwich with sausage, cheese and egg. It was pretty good, and it was huge. I was starving that say, so I scarfed it down, but I also could have easily shared it with someone too. My little bro got an iced coffee and he really enjoyed it. The staff made some recommendations on what to add to the coffee to make it to his liking. I would totally come here again.

This place is really unassuming, but they are nailing everything but ambiance. Easy place to park, no line when we went (on a weekend morning, no less). Bagels are chewy, dense, delicious. Employees know what you mean by a smear. They even have Russian black rye bagels. What? I'm sure no one even buys them. But this place doesn't care. This place does what it wants. The lox sandwich was great and I would repeat it. However, you have to ask for capers. If I complained I'm sure they would have given me more, but I hate complaining. A MUST: Their ice coffee game is STRONG. Unfortunately they only come in two sizes--large and huge, but they have ice cubes *made of coffee*. Their condiment bar for their coffee is kind of... well, ghetto looking. I was skeptical I was about to put some Dunkin Donuts level trash in my body. But I must say after one pump French vanilla syrup (DIY), one pump simple syrup (DIY), and a splash of heavy cream... I was in ice coffee heaven. This place could probably tempt me away from my local ma and pa bagel place, if it were close by. For now, Orlando is keeping this place to itself. And my bro Mikey and I are gonna hit it up the next time we skip Kona Café for a lighter brekkie.

Instantly one of my new breakfast places in the UCF area. Everything they make seems to be excellent. I had the Brooklyn bagel and it was fantastic. I also had a black and white cookie which was also very good. I'm fairly picky about my coffee but I found the coffee here to be good. I really liked the viewing window inside that allowed you to watch the employees make the bagels. The restaurant is not very big but they have outdoor seating as well. I will certainly be back.

My hubby and I just finished working out and he wanted to go somewhere for breakfast. We were going to be in Winter Park, so I searched Yelp for breakfast places in the city. This place came up and it looked interesting. I wanted to try something new, so I thought I would suggest it to him. I was a little hesitant as he does not like to venture out and try new venues. I told him that I found a breakfast spot, but spared him the details in fear that he would reject my idea. He said as long as he can get breakfast and the place had sausage gravy, he would be fine with it...he was just starving. I kept silent because I was pretty sure there wasn't any sausage gravy available. Anyways, when we pulled up, I pointed to the place. He was already apprehensive, asking, "What's a 'water bagel'?" I said..."No, it's made from Brooklyn water." Previously, he told me that his friend from New York said that the pizza is better in New York because of the water. I explained to him that it was the same concept. He lit up for a moment, but went back to his skepticism. I was anxious, but did not want to let him down since breakfast is his favorite meal of the day. We walked in and there were two registers open. There were the same amount of people standing behind each register, so we joined one of the lines. More customers started trickling in and jumping in the other line. After waiting for at least two minutes, an associate (I'm assuming she was a manager) yelled that there was only one line. Of course it was the one that we WERE NOT in. We dragged ourselves to the BACK of the other line with our increased frustration. The menu was already difficult to comprehend and now we had to wait longer. He said he already wanted to leave. We eventually reached the counter to order. My daughter and hubby both ordered the Brooklyn, but with plain and pumpernickel bagels, respectively. I was torn between the Williamsburg (lox bagel) and a veggie omelet. I asked the associate if I can do a veggie omelet with lox. She was stumped by the question and had to ask the manager. She said it was possible, but it was going to be expensive. I went ahead and ordered it and it was pretty good. It came with a side of either hash browns or a bagel and tomato slices. I opted for the bagel (whole wheat everything) with low-fat veggie cream cheese and tomatoes. Hubby said his was pretty good. I had a bite and it was tasty. My daughter liked hers, too. We did not really see a difference with Brooklyn water, but I do not eat bagels too often to be able to compare. I would probably go back to try something else, only if I was in the area again. Jessica and Gloria (I think that was her name) were really nice. Jessica took our order and she was very thorough and helpful.

The bagels here are great, definitely the best in Orlando. Perfect texture, great size. My personal favorite here is the nova lox sandwich on a sesame bagel. It hits the spot every time. The black and white cookies are huge, delicious and authentic. The coffee is good, but I've never had a cup that didn't end up having grounds in the bottom. Service is hit or miss, but my last few visits have been better than some in the past.

I am happy to bump up my rating for Brooklyn from 4 stars to 5 because it has easily become my favorite place to grab a delicious and filling breakfast on the cheap. I come here every Sunday before running errands and always leave in a contented state of bagel bliss. I've never tried an authentic New York bagel so I can't say these are better than (or even equivalent to) those but I do know that Brookyln's are the best bagels in town. A handy tip: Get your bagel scooped because it keeps the sandwich contents from sliding out when you take a bite (also means less carbs and guilt). The coffee is praiseworthy too. Normally I get an iced coffee but lately it's been too cold so I've been drinking the Chestnut Spice Reserve and it is soooooooo tasty! The cinnamon really warms me up inside. I am deeply sad that it will soon be gone and won't return again until next year... *sniffs*... oh well, at least I have the Cubsta to fall back on. They even have simple syrup at the coffee station so you can avoid getting those pesky undissolved sugar granules in your iced drink. Very smart. The rewards program recently changed and it is now much more fair than it was. For every $1 spent you now get 1 point. When you reach 50 points (or spend $50) you earn a free coffee or breakfast sandwich. When you reach 100 points you get a free signature sandwich (like the Nova). In the past you only got 1 point per visit, regardless of how much you spent, and earned a free coffee once you reached 10 points/visits. I've already cashed in on a free breakfast sandwich and a free signature sandwich since they made the change!

Service was awful. Staff was rude. Waited 20 minutes for 2 bagels and cream cheese to go. I get home and my bagel had barely any cream cheese on it and threw it away. Not going back.

Good bagels and sandwiches. Will be back. The highlight of this place is the iced coffee, they put coffee ice cubes so your coffee won't get watered down as the ice melts! Yummy in my tummy! I want to climb to the top of the Eiffel Tower and shout out just how much I love this coffee.

Bry's father loves Brooklyn Water Bagel and I love bagels. So one day when he was asleep I snuck one or maybe two. These bagels have such a fantastic texture and a great taste as well. If Budweiser is the champagne of beers than this place is definitely the champagne of bagels in our own backyard- we're lucky. On my first visit with Bry for an afternoon lunch, we purchased 3 Manhattans and 1 Brooklyn- for our families. The Manhattans were delicious- I like salmon and tomato. Bry isn't a big fan of any bagels, yet enjoyed his- but didn't understand what he was ordering, too much egg for him. We also ordered 2 kahlua cubstas, which were also yummy and you can doctor them up to your standards.

Brought mom & dad on Mother's Day Sunday. These bagels are truly the best on all of Orlando. Mom decided on the whole wheat bagel w/ egg, spinach & mushroom. Dad & myself decided on the Nova on toasted poppy seed. Mom commented on how fresh her dark roasted coffee was, while dad just inhaled his food. They will be back.

Bagels alone, this place gets 5-6 stars. They have apparently developed some type of filtration system to mirror what is found in New York. Not sure that I would go as far as comparing them to NYC quality bagels, but they are some of the best in the central Florida area. I have been here multiple times, staff at the service counter are always friendly and helpful with ordering. Bagels and sandwiches are maybe quickly. There are several tables inside and an expansive courtyard patio area with many tables. Unfortunately I have to knock them on the sandwiches. I love egg/sausage on my bagel. However, this restaurant uses microwaves to cook the eggs and they just don't taste that great. I would recommend grabbing the bagel to go and saving the $4.00 and cooking your own eggs at home. Overall, great for bagels, skip ordering anything with eggs unless you are fine with them being microwaved.

Was introduced to this place in Delray Beach; much larger store there, may be the corporate location. Great bagels and different coffee with coffee ice cubes for iced coffee. They seem to assume everyone knows what it is; in Delray Beach got a cup of coffee ice cubes; in Winter Park (not really in Winter Park, on University and Goldenrod which is unincorporated Orange County, was the coffee cubes and coffee; unsure which is right but different and an explanation of what expect may boost sales. Need one closer to central Winter Park to but Einstein Bros. out of their misery! Great bagels for sure.

Having lived in NYC I have high standards for a bagel and these guys NAIL it.... however it is true that there is no ambiance, the "coffee bar" is slightly scary, and the "cheese" on the egg sandwich I got was NOT cheese, but rather some processed cheese food (think Kraft singles.... eeeekkkk.) Wish I had known that before ruining an otherwise yummy bagel :(

I love this place for a quick breakfast. The bagel with lox is awesome. I tried it this last time with vegetable cream cheese and a toasted onion bagel. I also love their iced coffee (served with coffee ice cubes so it doesn't get watered down). If you haven't tried this place out yet you should.

OK This is going to be detailed because I found THE PLACE!! Now that the original H & H Bagels in the upper west side in New York Manhattan has permanently closed, your ONLY choice in the Country for a true remarkably amazing bagel is The Original Brooklyn Water Company. This is the true and original NY recipe which is making its way across the country and even to the south warm refreshing weather of Florida!. It doesn't matter what you get because everything is great. I had a lox sandwich, egg sandwich and many other menu items and the result was the same....AMAZING!. They say that a bagel taste depends upon the water that is used. Brooklyn has great bagels because of the water. The Original Water Bagel Company has "Brooklynized" the water that they use! This just means that the water has been filtered through an elaborate and customized water filtration system until the best taste has been achieved for making the best bagels! I think their bagels are better than the ones you will find in NY! Also brought down from The Big Apple is the Egg Cream!! Forget about any other normal type of beverage that you may want have with your meal, the Egg Cream tantalizes your taste buds with every sip to give you an exotic experience!! Instructions on how to make an Egg Cream are posted on the wall and you make it yourself to get that perfect taste! Now I did say "normal type of drink". Well I have another surprise! The coffee also made from the same "Brooklynized" water and is another AMAZING experience!. Not only is the coffee the best in town. The ice cubes are made of coffee??? What did I say you ask? Yes! the ice cubes are made of coffee and called the "Cubsta". As the ice melts, it doesn't water down the coffee, but only make it better! My niece says that it is the best iced coffee in all of the five cities of which she has lived. I was there yesterday and met a lady who does not like ice coffee "normally" and says this is the only place where she will drink iced coffee! When you bite into one of these bagels, you get that wonderful initial crunch, then as your teeth sink into the super soft dough, "Crunch!" again because your teeth meet that thin brown outer part of the bagel which is perfectly toasted and you savor the texture and crispiness which gives you that old school bagel taste of which bagel connoisseurs always hope to find. All of the staff is super nice and well trained. You just might be lucky enough to have the manager, Tiffaney wait on you! She'll greet you with a big smile and customize any order with pleasure. If you're really nice to her, she will even show you how she makes her special iced coffee! Everyone there makes every customer feel valued and important. The place is Dog friendly!! You can enter the outside seating area from the parking lot as many people bring their dogs! They just tie the leash to the leg of a table and one person goes inside to order! You get a plastic self standing number and the staff finds you! So my advice is you MUST stop here and NOT to pass this place up...I drive out of my way just to go there and so do many other people of whom I've met dining there. I have only had great experiences and feel at home by going to the Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Company and I go quite often and bring friends. Hurry because they close at 3:00 pm. I have eaten bagels at other bagel shops and have stopped going because I find myself craving that AMAZING bagel taste from The Brooklyn Water Bagel Company!. ---Sammy G
